Great video!! Silly question, isn't MMA a combination of martial art techniques so wouldn't you know some form of BJJ? The other issue I have with ground fighting is nowadays fights are never a one on one match. You are usually outnumbered so how are you going to defend yourself up against multiple people? Learning multiple styles as meantioned does help make you well rounded, but that goes back to the initial question about MMA. Overall I think BJJ and Wrestling are great because most fights usually do end up on the ground, but my first thought would be not to be on the ground, but to block the attacker(s) and to strike. Thoughts?

Almost 1 year into my white belt now and I nail this on everyone at the gym. Tapped a blue belt with it recently, felt great. At first I struggled with the arm position within my legs but after rewatching this video a couple times it’s simple
